Every business owner, sales person, inventory specialist, administrative staff member or any employee in general, at some point, looses sight of the fact that our customers make our business possible. During the day to day tasks associated with our jobs, we become consumed with the current issues. Have you ever been short with a customer? Did you ever forget to listen? We've ALL done it!
